Who We are
Rich Holdaway
Owner
Richard Holdaway has been in the construction industry for since his youth. He started young as an apprentice to his fathers Electrical Contracting company. After serving a two-year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, he returned to the industry. He spent six years as a project manager/superintendent for large home building companies. Needing change in his life, he pursued an opportunity to work for a large catering and property management company in Sweden. He rose through the ranks quickly, eventually standing as Logistics Manager/Contruction Manager. For nearly 10 years, he held his position and watched that company grow tremendously. Richard is father to three kids. He is bilingual in Swedish, a member of the Hollister Rotary, and an active member of the Church. He is an Eagle Scout and a Certified General Contractor. He loves Crossfit and spending time with his family.
