Richard Holdaway has been in the construction industry for since his youth.  He started young as an apprentice to his fathers Electrical Contracting company. After serving a two-year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, he returned to the industry. He spent six years as a project manager/superintendent for large home building companies. Needing change in his life, he pursued an opportunity to work for a large catering and property management company in Sweden. He rose through the ranks quickly, eventually standing as Logistics Manager/Contruction Manager. For nearly 10 years, he held his position and watched that company grow tremendously. Richard is a father to three kids. He is bilingual in Swedish, a member of the Hollister Rotary, and an active member of the Church.  He is an Eagle Scout and a Certified General Contractor. He loves Crossfit and spending time with his family.
